At the beginning of each month, we pre-select a film, so you have ample time to watch it before the meeting. Then we'll gather to critique and discuss the film in-depth.
Film Club presents Fiddler On The Roof (1971), a classic musical about Tevye, a poor milkman in czarist Russia, who provides for five unmarried daughters and a sharp-tongued wife. Faced with mounting financial strain and growing anti-Semitism, Tevye strives to maintain balance despite the precarious nature of his situation.
You can find physical copies of the movie on our shelves, or stream it from home with the hoopla app.
