Mandala Drawings

Learn how to draw a colorful mandala, a radial design that grows out from a center point. This ancient, relaxing tradition calms and encourages focus and the results are beautiful! Grades 6–12; Adults
The video and Facebook post will be available at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, July 13 and stay open until the end of day Monday, July 19. You'll have seven days to watch the video, so you can go at your own pace. Watch the video now.
SUGGESTED SUPPLY LIST:
If painting:
- Watercolor paper (or any thick white paper)
- Pencil and eraser
- Watercolor paints (any kind will work; the instructor will be using watercolor pencils)
- Paint brush (medium sized with a pointy tip, or whatever you have on hand; the instructor will be using a pointed round number 10)
- Cup of water
- Napkins
- Thin black sharpie for outlining (optional)
If drawing:
- Drawing paper (white, thicker than printer paper) or a sketchbook
- Pencil and eraser
- Colored pencils
- Thin black Sharpie for outlining (optional)
