Stop by to work on your submission in a low-pressure environment, perfect for writing. (Grades K–12)

Kindness Day Bolingbrook is publishing a second collection of kindness stories from the community. Children and teens up to grade 12 are invited to write or draw an original story, poem or comic about kindness.

Starting February 14, writing kits can be picked up from the Vortex and Children's Services Desk. All submissions must be returned to Children's Services by March 14 to be considered for publication in the 2026 Kindness Day Book.
