Cards for Hospitalized Kids

Part of Teen Volunteering Day (Drop in)

Create handmade cards and send encouragement to kids in need. All cards will be sent to Cards for Hospitalized Kids (CFHK) to brighten someone’s day. (Grades 6–12)

Please note that we do not accept court-ordered or court-supervised community service. Teens are limited to a maximum of three hours of volunteering.

Join us for a day of volunteering opportunities to give back to your community. You can only volunteer for a maximum of three hours.

Reading & Math Buddies
10:45 a.m.
Spend time reading or listening to stories and playing math games with kids in our Children’s Services department.

11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Black Innovation: A STEM Escape Room
12:30 & 2:30 p.m.
Assist with program setup and cleanup, supervise children at activity stations and hand out prizes.

Teen Volunteering
3 p.m.
Prepare crafts and materials for programs, assist in organizing supplies and more.
