About half of people in the United States today who had ancestors living in or moving through the Mid-Atlantic region between 1680 and 1780 have at least one Quaker ancestor. From their beginnings in the 17th century, Quakers were meticulous record keepers. Genealogist Laura Street Chaplin will introduce you to Quaker records online and in physical depositories.
This program is available in a Zoom webinar format. A link and handout to the program will be emailed to attendees one day before the program, with a second reminder and handout sent an hour before the event.
